I have worked in the enterprise software and
technology market research industry since 1994. My areas of
specialization have included infrastructure, ERP, PLM, CRM, and many
other application segments. The majority of my work has
centered around Business-to-Business processes and technologies,
with some Business-to-Consumer analysis specifically for
multi-channel customer marketing and customer service.
Formerly the Research
Director for Customer Management at AMR Research in Boston, I now
work as an independent consultant to manufacturing firms and
software vendors to perform benchmarking, market assesment, case
studies, and white papers. I take great pride in providing my
clients with high-quality insight and analysis to help them make
better executive decisions in their businesses. I also
maintain the highest levels of integrity in my research methodology,
adhering to strict research ethics around survey anonymity and
